Delivery Costs:

Delivery to the UK and outside a 10 mile radius from Wesley Cottage will be charged at a standard rate of £4.95 per order.

 

We do not provide International Delivery at the moment. 

 

If you have a specific event or date that your items are required by, please let us know and we will try our best to make sure you have the items in time. 

Delivery to an address within a 10 mile radius is £2. Select ‘local’ at the point of checkout. 

Click & Collect is FREE and available for people wishing to purchase our honey and collect at one of our markets. We're usually at most of the Somerset farmers markets located at Axbridge, Nailsea and Burnham-On-Sea. Please double check with us via message before purchasing to double check we will be at one of these markets to avoid disappointment. 

 

Delivery within the UK is by 1st class Royal Mail. 

If you would like special delivery/next day/Saturday delivery, please contact us for more details.

 

 

Delivery Times:

 

We aim to despatch your item/s within 1-2 working days from order so delivery should be complete in 3-5 working days.  Where items are temporarily out of stock, this may take a little longer to despatch your order.  If your delivery should be delayed, you will be contacted by telephone or email and advised of a new delivery date.

 

Please note your credit/debit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

 

If a parcel is lost, it is not officially deemed so by Royal Mail until 15 days from despatch.

 

Should a delivery not arrive as expected, please contact us immediately.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or a refund.

 

Returns Policy:

Faulty Goods – Any verified faulty goods will be exchanged or fully refunded depending on what you would prefer.  In both cases we will pay the return postage costs.  If you discover a fault with any of our products, please contact us straight away to discuss the options.

 

Non Faulty Goods – If you change your mind about any of our products then they can be exchanged to the same value (excluding any postage costs) or refunded if returned unused, in perfect condition with any labels/tags still on, within 14 days of purchase. In this instance all postage costs are payable by the customer.

 

General – We recommend that in both cases you obtain a receipt form the Post Office as proof of postage.  Any items returned must be clearly labelled ‘bought online’ with a copy of the receipt or invoice.

 

Customer Orders -We will treat each order as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
