Honey Granola Recipe

Preheat oven 180 degrees

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.


270g jumbo organic oats

80g raw almonds

50g pumpkin seeds

50g of other nuts or hemp seed (not essential)

1/2 tps salt

2 bananas (ripe)

45g melted organic coconut oil

5 tspn cinnamon

3 tbls wesley cottage bees honey

1 tps vanilla extract

75g organic Mixed dried fruit (add when cooked to taste otherwise it'll burn)


Mash up the bananas with a fork,

Add the honey to bananas

Add salt and vanilla extract

Melt coconut oil and add to above.

Measure and mix dry ingredients

Mix wet and dry ingredients

Spread out on parchment paper.

Put in oven for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take out and mix...

Put back in oven for 10-15 mins until brown and no longer ‘wet’

Top Tip ( turn off oven after 20 mins and leave in oven until dry)

Remove from oven, cool and add dried fruit.

Put into sealed container (after eating your first or second bowl full of course!)

This should last for about a week for one person, so adjust the weights and amounts of ingredients accordingly.

Serve with milk of your choice, and/or full fat organic yogurt, berries and another dollop of Wesley Cottage Bee honey of course!
